With 40 years of experience, She has solidified a name as a creative and innovative artist, entrepreneur, and collaborator among well respected colleagues in the industry. Seamlessly transforming her clients' image, she helps each one develop into a brand of their own, with a sense of style unique to each personality.

By taking a big risk, Charlotte moved to the Brazos Valley 27 years ago to start a new and rewarding life. Through hard work and dedication, she turned her ideas for a salon company into thriving businesses that provide value to the community. She faced many challenges but never gave up and used every setback as an opportunity to learn and grow. Charlotte is a lifelong learner and believes education is the key to success, thrives on taking risk, pushing boundaries and not being afraid to fail.

She was invited by Redken to become an educator for the brand and has traveled nationally and internationally sharing what she has learned along her journey with other like minded individuals to polish their skills as stylist and business owners. Her passion for for the beauty industry and business is truly precious and rare. Charlotte is also an artist for a New York based team that led her to be invited to work runway fashion shows, and red carpet celebrity events in LA, New York and Paris also appearing in national publications and TV. On her celebrity list is, Lynn Whitfield, Bo Derek, Jessica Simpson and Susan Lucci to name a few.

She says that while working with celebrities is exciting, her greatest accomplishment is being apart the successful journey of her peers and community. Charlotte has served on the Board of Directors of the B/CS Chamber of commerce. She is apart of Leadership Brazos, has written numerous articles for local magazines and newspaper, supported multiple youth organizations and schools, hosted fundraisers for Pink Alliance and has received the Community Impact award. With her leadership, Chrome has been listed as one of the TOP 200 Salon Company's in the nation for four consecutive years and has received recognition in the Brazos Valley as one of the TOP 10 fastest growing businesses for 3 consecutive years.

To this day, Charlotte is still behind the chair making B/CS a more beautiful place to live. Still taking risks and still disobeying fear. The one this she is not, is STILL!
